Great! As a custom builder who has built more than 90 homes ranging from 10,000-30,000 sq. ft., we know each lot has unique characteristics. We build your home on your land - the way you want it.

That's no problem. We have valuable relationships with the real estate community in each of our building areas who will be happy to help you find the perfect lot for your home.

Everyone knows what they like; some of us are just better at turning concepts into reality. At WMCI, we specialize in creative and technical solutions for functional living spaces. Whatever your particular taste, our professional design team can create and appoint a living space to match it.
Interior design starts from the very inception of a project. Starting with the selection and design of important architectural elements—such as built-ins, closets, paneling, and wainscoting—the planning stage of interior design is an important part of WMCI’s process.
We also help you to select a colour palette that will bring a unity to your home and set the right mood for your custom dwelling. Finally, we can assist you in beautifully appointing all, or a selection, of rooms, bringing together the architectural design with elegant, quality furnishings to best showcase your custom dwelling.
Have your own interior designer already? No problem. We welcome them into our fold and invite them to sit in on meetings and contribute to the planning process to ensure our selected architectural elements are in line with your desired design goals.
